Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 3 years of experience in employee relations in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of US employment law.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Strong consultative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Travel requirement of 50% - 60%.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to implement HR initiatives.
