Senior Regional Director, Outreach (Southeast) - Remote

Overview

This role is a rare chance to lead the go-to-market efforts for one of the fastest growing startups in the healthcare industry. You will manage a team of regional directors and optimize the operations of our business development team, focusing on building relationships with clinical partners and facilitating admissions for at-risk youth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Southeast United States.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting to senior corporate personnel.
• Ability to energize and communicate at all levels.
• Willingness to travel for meetings.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfort with video conferencing and CRM technologies.
• Prior experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Work authorized in the United States and native-equivalent proficiency in English.
