In Short

• Support legal documentation and compliance processes.
• Manage contract workflows and entity records.
• Organize and maintain legal documents across jurisdictions.
• Assist with legal invoicing and spend management.
• Provide support to compliance workflows and audits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Standardize documentation templates and filing structures.
• Track contract compliance and renewal dates.
• Ensure document repositories remain audit-ready.
• Contribute to the operational efficiency of the legal function.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in legal operations or contract administration.
• Strong interest in legal operations and process management.
• Experience with document management tools and legal tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal coursework is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high volumes of legal documents.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Notion, spreadsheets, and e-signature platforms.
• English required; Mandarin, Chinese, or Vietnamese are valuable.
