Financial Operations Associate - South East Asia - Remote

Overview

The Financial Operations Associate will support global operations in financial transactions, cash management, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

In Short

• Own end-to-end processing of client deposits and withdrawals.
• Lead daily cash management across multiple PSPs, banks, and currencies.
• Build and review daily/weekly cash-flow and reconciliation reports.
• Oversee reconciliations of client funds and trading platforms.
• Maintain accurate balance tracking and coordinate with teams.
• Develop monthly and quarterly transaction forecasts.
• Perform and enhance treasury workflows and document procedures.
• Partner with Compliance and Finance on audits and controls.
• Drive operational excellence projects to reduce risk.
• Mentor junior team members and provide quality reviews.

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong ownership and judgment.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Understanding of Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in financial operations within brokerage or fintech.
