Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt is responsible for collaborating with the Sales organization to sell integrated Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions, providing technical expertise and support to customers while mentoring other engineers.

In Short

• Develop and deliver technical presentations on enterprise solutions.
• Communicate solution value to business and technical audiences.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and bid teams on RFx responses.
• Manage high-priority regional opportunities independently.
• Provide feedback and competitive intel to product management.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers on technical presentations and RFPs.
• Travel up to 60% internationally in Asia.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written/spoken).
• Five years of experience in Solutions Engineering focused on Cloud Security.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent certifications.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Technical expertise in Identity Governance and Administration.
• Experience with database queries and REST API.
• Understanding of compliance regulations like GDPR & CCPA.
• Knowledge of networking technologies and encryption.
