Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence & Knowledge Management Specialist for the Commercial Excellence Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling commercial sales and customer service capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Knowledge Management.
• Training experience and project management training or certification.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic problem solver with practical implementation skills.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team management.
• Strong change management skills.
• Experience in an intercultural environment.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
