• Design and execute a global hiring strategy across key regions.
• Map talent markets based on cost vs quality trade-offs.

• Own full-cycle recruitment including job scoping and offer management.
• Implement and optimize ATS systems and hiring workflows.
• Evaluate candidates on technical depth and cultural fit.
