Overview

The Manager, Global Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) will support the development and implementation of health economics and outcomes research strategies to maximize payer value perception and patient access, collaborating with cross-functional teams at a global level.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for all HEOR-related topics within the New Product Planning remit.
• Support the development and execution of global HEOR strategies.
• Develop economic models to support decision-making and payer engagement.
• Lead the development of manuscripts and presentations for scientific dissemination.
• Monitor and report on HEOR activities' impact on market access.
• Conduct global HEOR and payer research to define evidence requirements.
• Assist in developing the Global Value Dossier for regional submissions.
• Plan and execute HEOR studies to generate evidence on product value.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research.
• Extensive knowledge of HTA mechanisms and payer insights.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support change management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
