Overview

The Director of Digital and Omnichannel Engagement leads the development of Santen EMEA’s digital customer engagement and multichannel strategy, enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.

• Lead digital and omnichannel customer engagement strategy.
• Develop integrated engagement plans for HCP and patient channels.
• Create customer profiling strategies and tools.
• Implement KPIs and dashboards for campaign planning.
• Roll out new CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Build and lead a virtual digital marketing team.
• Establish a digital medical education platform.
• Drive e-commerce and direct-to-patient marketing capabilities.
• Promote agile working practices across teams.
• Identify AI use cases for omnichannel engagement.

Requirements

• University degree in science and/or business.
• 10+ years of pharma/healthcare marketing experience.
• Experience in building omnichannel ecosystems.
• Knowledge of customer engagement innovations.
• Experience in measuring campaign performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in change management.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and ideally another European language.
