In the mission to drive Supply Chain Excellence across the Asia Region, we are looking for a Senior Manager covering Regional Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, and CMO Management.

In Short

• Support contract execution and legal consultation aligned with business promotion.
• Educate stakeholders on typical legal issues relevant to business operations.
• Proactively handle complex cases with support from management and legal firms.
• Collaborate with others to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Implement and propose improvements in corporate governance practices.
• Monitor trends in data privacy laws and regulations in Japan.
• Ensure the implementation of data privacy protection measures.
• Perform additional duties as instructed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; qualification as a lawyer is preferable.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs.
• Knowledge of civil law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
• Basic understanding of financial accounting and capital markets.
• Ability to draft typical English contracts and discuss legal issues.
• Strong logical thinking and problem anticipation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with related departments and interpersonal negotiation skills.
