Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in ophthalmic products and pharmaceutical markets in Asia.
• Minimum 6 years in Sales and Marketing for the Pharmaceutical business.
• 3 years of experience as a Commercial Excellence Manager.
• Experience in Digital Transformation and AI Utilization.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
• Fluent in English and a second language from the specified countries.
