Overview

The Regional Commercial Manager for East Africa is responsible for managing corporate business and major accounts across the region, focusing on strategic and commercial planning to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher in Business or Biological Science; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years industry experience with 5-10 years in sales leadership.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of the East African healthcare industry.
  • Experience in CRM systems and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles.
  • Track record of achieving profitable growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
