Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Shanghai, China. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our company's products and services with professionalism and expertise.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the Shanghai market and surrounding areas
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic sales plans
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a resilient and assertive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Knowledge of the local Shanghai market and business culture is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
