Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, soft-spoken, and polite male Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone based in the Philippines with excellent communication skills, a humble and service-driven attitude, and a strong ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers.

In Short

• Engage with customers over the phone (50% inbound, 50% outbound calls).
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and requests with professionalism and patience.
• Provide efficient and accurate service while offering a friendly and approachable experience.
• Maintain proper call etiquette, showing empathy, attentiveness, and clarity.
• Accurately manage and calculate sales data—ensuring there are no errors in orders or amounts.
• Use CRM and internal tools for documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and customer needs.
• Adhere to a fixed schedule aligned with New York business hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM NY time).
