Overview

The Logistics & Sales Order Controller is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, processing sales orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management.

• Manage inbound logistics and shipping notices.
• Ensure timely goods receipting of all products.
• Monitor outbound delivery processes and stock reports.
• Process sales orders and manage delivery orders.
• Expedite pricing issues and credit limit approvals.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage back orders.
• Analyze sales targets vs actuals.
• Quality control to reduce failed deliveries.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to achieve sales targets.
• Provide reports on inbound goods and outbound delivery status.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Substantial understanding of logistics and sales order processing.
• Ability to work on moderately difficult assignments.
• Strong judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
• Little instruction needed for everyday work.
