In Short

• Support the sales team in the chemical industry (Sales Assistance)
• Prepare price calculations and support customer offers
• Verify and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the chemical and food industry
• Coordinate logistics processes, including shipping and inventory management
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments for process alignment
• Support the further development of sales and logistics processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in internal sales, logistics, and order processing
• Enjoy building long-term relationships with satisfied customers
• Team-oriented thinking and acting
• Fluent German language skills (C1)
• Good English language skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
