Service Engineer & Technical Trainer - CNC Machining Centers - Remote

Overview

This position involves providing technical support and training for dealers and customers in the field of CNC machining centers, focusing on innovation, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

In Short

• Provide technical support and training for dealers and customers, both on-site and remotely.
• Analyze and diagnose technical issues (mechanical, electrical, software-related).
• Develop and implement solutions, including creating practical case studies.
• Prepare service-related materials such as reports, presentations, and training videos.
• Build a robust spare parts network and assess service quality at dealers.
• Travel approximately 3 times a month within Europe.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of CNC machining centers.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and circuit diagrams.
• Fluent in German (C1 level).
• English proficiency at least at B1 level.
