Customs Coordination Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a new Customs Coordination Specialist to join our Customs & Order Desk team, responsible for managing customs clearance and logistics operations for Samsung Electronics Adriatic countries.

In Short

• Manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports.
• Handle logistics and transportation to SEAD countries.
• Check and request Proforma Invoices from non-EU suppliers.
• Coordinate warehouse operations including dispatch and arrivals.
• Administer customs books and create import numbers.
• Calculate costs for export/import documents.
• Track shipments across multiple transport channels.
• Communicate shipment statuses to stakeholders.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage scrap administration.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by managers.

Requirements

• University degree in economics or business.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics management.
• Experience with forwarding agencies.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office and SAP skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure during peak periods.
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to accept responsibility and maintain client focus.
