You will support our team by ensuring everything runs smoothly from the first customer inquiry to the preparation of offers. As a communicative organizational talent, you are the central interface between customers, sales, consulting, and marketing.

• First contact & coordination: Handle incoming inquiries, answer initial questions, and direct concerns to the right contacts.
• Appointment management & organization: Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare appointments, and ensure all parties are well-informed.
• Support in customer communication: Assist with marketing actions, maintain customer contacts, and manage our CRM system (Zoho).
• Offer & invoice management: Assist in the creation and follow-up of offers and project billing.
• Project coordination & resource planning: Support the team in project planning and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Pitch & presentation support: Prepare presentations and materials for meetings and workshops.

Requirements
