Overview

As part of our team, you will be significantly involved in optimizing customer support at sevdesk by introducing innovative automation solutions. Your mission is to analyze existing processes, improve them, and implement efficient automation strategies to provide our customers with an outstanding support experience.

In Short

  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement through automation.
  • Design and implement automation solutions by developing and implementing scripts, workflows, and tools to optimize customer support operations.
  • Integrate automation solutions with our existing customer success platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Create detailed documentation for all automated processes and provide training and support for the customer success team.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, ideally in the CRM field.
  • Knowledge of a programming language such as Python and ideally experience with SQL.
  • Experience with the integration of AI applications (e.g., chatbots) in customer service and a desire to continuously expand your knowledge in this area.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders at various technical levels.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and learning agility to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies.
