Overview

The Customer Data Lead will oversee the development of an innovative channel partner marketing program, focusing on European strategy and local market frameworks while managing data platforms and enhancing customer activation.

• Ownership of Data & Platforms across Europe.
• Lead the delivery of projects introducing new platforms and enhancing existing ones.
• Define and deliver data & platform strategy to increase sales.

Requirements

• Experience in leading teams and delivering projects.
• Strong technical background in data cleanrooms and analytics platforms.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data manipulation and insights for media activations.
• Fluency in other European languages is a plus.
• AGILE certification or similar project management methodology.
• Experience in marketing platforms and data monetization.
• Big brand experience preferred.
• Comfortable leading teams and providing creative feedback.
