Overview

Samsara is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class hardware and software support experience to our customers. You will be a part of our Tier 2 support team within the umbrella of the Global Technical Support organization.

In Short

  • Provide hardware and software support to customers.
  • Resolve complex customer problems collaboratively.
  • Manage support tickets and build knowledge base articles.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Document processes and improve customer self-service.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
  • Work in a hyper growth environment.
  • Flexible working hours may be required.
  • Contribute to product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in support or technical roles.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Technical know-how with SaaS systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours preferred.
  • Experience with industrial systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
