• Own and enhance the Workday Benefits module.
• Design and deploy Open Enrollment configurations.
• Create and optimize custom Workday reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fast-growing global companies.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration experience.
• 2+ years of core HCM configuration experience.
• Knowledge of Workday business process configuration.
• Experience in documenting and analyzing requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Experience writing test scenarios for system implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
• Workday certifications are a plus.
