Senior Benefits Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position involves managing day-to-day benefits administration, enhancing HR technology, ensuring data quality, and generating insightful reports, contributing to employee experience and HR operations efficiency.

In Short

• Administer health & welfare, retirement, leave, COBRA, and ancillary plans.
• Serve as the primary HRIS analyst for core UKG Pro HCM modules.
• Ensure data flow between HRIS, benefits carriers, payroll, and third parties.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on headcount and benefits.
• Support the annual open enrollment process.
• Drive compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Provide tier-2 employee support with empathy and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in benefits administration and/or HRIS analyst roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS configurations, particularly UKG Pro.
• Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA.
• Experience in vendor management and EDI.
• Strong communicator with a customer-centric approach.
