The Senior Benefits Analyst will administer, manage, implement, and continuously improve global benefits and leave programs to enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and support Zapier’s strategic growth.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• AI-First mindset and curiosity about AI tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in international program administration preferred.
• Ability to influence strategy with data-driven insights.
