Overview

This is a dynamic, high energy role in which you will bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building Samsara's business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers.

In Short

  • Work with mid-sized customers to enhance their operations through IoT data.
  • Manage sales processes involving POCs, multiple stakeholders, and pricing negotiations.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Engage with executives and CXOs to close deals.
  • Achieve sales quotas and contribute to team success.
  • Continuously research and prospect for new customers.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers.
  • Work in EST/CST time zones.
  • Experience in closing deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue.
  • Be part of a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling in the midmarket space.
  • Familiarity with SFDC.
