Overview

As an Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Manager at Salsify, you will lead a growing sales organization, mentoring and developing your team while driving strategic expansion within our enterprise and mid-market customer base.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 6-7 Account Executives.
  • Focus on new business acquisition and existing customer expansion.
  • Manage forecasting and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Conduct weekly mentoring sessions to develop sales skills.
  • Assess sales activities and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to negotiations and closing of new business.
  • Maintain core values by hiring aligned team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • 3-5 years of previous Sales experience.
  • Fast-paced SaaS sales experience required.
  • Experience in building and guiding Sales teams.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex agreements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Ability to generate revenue and exceed quotas.
