The Senior Technical Support Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing complex technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Five years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Customization.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations.
  • Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce clouds (Experience, Sales, Service).
  • Knowledge of tools like Copado and Data Loader.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug integration issues.
  • Any suitable combination of education and experience is acceptable.
