In Short

  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand and style guidelines.
  • Track engagement metrics and evolve M&A communications KPIs.
  • Develop content ideas that support all Salesforce employees.
  • Support company-wide communications needs when not on active M&A deals.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or change management.
  • Background in M&A and HR communications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud or email technology, and Slack.
  • A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication or Marketing-related specialties.
