Overview

The Principal/Lead Solution Engineer in the Commerce Cloud team at Salesforce is responsible for providing technical assistance and presentations to sales teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication of technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce and retail industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales-oriented presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Creative and success-driven personality.
  • Ability to convey technical solutions in a business manner.
