Overview

The Associate Client Partner will be a strategic business leader at Salesforce, driving technology transformation for healthcare customers by leading account planning, presales, and customer relationship management.

In Short

  • Lead the Board of Directors and C-suite of customers to transform business and technology.
  • Coordinate adoption and consumption of Salesforce technology.
  • Actively participate in large scale deal pursuits.
  • Drive customer adoption initiatives and maintain relationships.
  • Supervise end-to-end service delivery ensuring contractual commitments are met.
  • Mentor and develop team members engaged in service delivery.
  • Participate in the development of internal processes to support service delivery.
  • Travel up to 50% may be required.
  • 10+ years experience leading enterprise-level technology transformation programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce products and C-suite relationships.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant consulting experience in professional services.
  • Significant experience in business development and management of client relationships.
  • Knowledge of system development and operational readiness.
  • Technical competence to work with technical teams.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
