Private Client Associate - Remote

Overview

The Private Client Associate will enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to the Private Client Team.

In Short

• Proactively follow up with clients to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate strategic planning initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to organize client recognition and prospecting events.
• Assist in new prospect research, planning, and event coordination.
• Perform duties of the Private Client Manager in their absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or two years related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures.
