Overview

The AI Architect role at Salesforce focuses on leading the architecture and delivery of complex Agentforce projects, providing technical expertise to both customers and internal teams.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Agentforce.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Salesforce AI Specialist certification required.
• Knowledge of AI-related data integration concepts.
• Understanding of data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong communication and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Security concepts preferred.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field.
• Willingness to travel (less than 10%).
