In Short

• Be the first line of defense for complex technical issues.
• Diagnose, reproduce, and drive resolutions for challenging problems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge base documentation.
• Investigate and triage customer-reported issues.
• Contribute to root cause identification and long-term fixes.
• Suggest process improvements for troubleshooting efficiency.
• Work closely with Support to guide issue resolution.
• Develop a deep technical understanding of SailPoint’s products.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Support Level 2/3 or equivalent.
• Basic object-oriented coding comprehension in Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with log analysis and debugging tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with engineering and support teams.
• Knowledge of current development strategies.
• Experience in the identity security industry is a plus.
