Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships with assigned accounts at SailPoint, focusing on maximizing the value clients receive from SailPoint products and services.

  • Ensure customer renewal and retention.
  • Strong customer-facing and consulting skills required.
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information.
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships based on trust.
  • Must take ownership of customer issues.
  • Travel estimated at 10% to 15%.
