Overview

As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding client relationships. Your primary focus will be to act as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction, securing renewals that meet or exceed revenue targets, and foster growth within our existing client base while strategically executing cross-sales initiatives.

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process.

  • Present and demonstrate SAI360’s software benefits.
  • Work effectively in a home office environment.
  • Travel to meet onsite clients when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software/services sales.
  • Experience renewing subscription-based SaaS products.
  • Business acumen and confidence in meeting with senior executives.
  • Adept at creating strong customer relationships.
  • General understanding of compliance or GRC challenges.
  • Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.com.
