In Short

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with biopharmaceutical companies.
• Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify emerging trends.
• Develop and implement business development strategies for revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for collaborations and licensing agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives with product development.
• Establish KPIs to measure success of business development initiatives.
• Some travel will be required for this position (approximately 15-20%).
• Other responsibilities based on the individual's skills and experience.
