Overview

SafeBreach is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support to our customers.

In Short

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Interface with engineering on product issues.
  • Contribute to projects around support tools and knowledge management.
  • Manage customer tickets and reproduce issues.
  • Write knowledge base articles and manage escalations.
  • Deliver product training to support staff.
  • Build relationships with engineering and product management teams.
  • Resolve customer escalations and drive process improvements.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software support.
  • Strong security infrastructure experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Cloud-based Security SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux application troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingness to be hands-on in resolving tickets.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
