In Short

  • Responsible for achieving sales and business results in Regional Fortune 500, Mid-Market accounts, School Districts, and other Public Facing entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Manage the sales process and forecast sales opportunities accurately.
  • Educate customers on solutions and influence through a “big why” (saving lives).
  • Develop an active pipeline of new and existing expansion accounts.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quota and sales objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with training and program management teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems effectively.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time for customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of related sales experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales achievement.
  • Strong sales aptitude and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Desire to continually learn and grow in your career.
  • Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license.
