The Head of Sales is responsible for leading Sabio’s commercial strategy in the Spanish market, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Implement sales best practices to improve performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration for sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading high-performing commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish business landscape.
  • Ability to drive business growth and manage P&L.
  • Track record of consultative selling and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs.
  • Experience selling CX or contact centre solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based customer engagement technologies.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Spanish and English required).
