  • Ability to engage with senior executives and understand their challenges.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of the UK business landscape and CX trends.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with structured sales approaches.
  • Experience in selling cloud-based CX solutions.
  • Background in enterprise sales within large organizations.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven customer engagement technologies.
