Overview

Builder.io is looking to add an accomplished sales leader to our growing team. As Commercial Regional Sales Director, you will partner closely with the VP of Sales to build and develop a world-class Account Executive team to drive Builder’s growth within the Commercial Market of fast growing, sub 1k employee companies.

In Short

  • Hire, develop, and coach your team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Partner x-functionally to drive a team-based approach to winning and growing Commercial accounts
  • Drive operational excellence through a tight operating rhythm and structured sales process
  • Be a product expert and assist your team in generating, advancing, and closing strategic deals
  • Assess the skills, motivators, and career goals of each team member and provide ongoing coaching
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth against company targets
  • Perform regular pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and accurately forecast sales pipeline
  • Achieve consistent Pipeline Generation results through effective plans and enablement
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Builder’s product and competitors

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, leading teams focused on selling to commercial accounts
  • Expert knowledge in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and exceeding revenue targets
  • Track record of hiring, developing, and promoting Account Executives
  • Expertise in developing and executing value-based sales strategies
  • Strong background in selling to enterprise customers
  • Network of top talent
  • Data-driven approach to leading and growing your business
  • Understanding of front-end software development processes and technologies
  • Consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation
