Overview

Ryz Labs is seeking a Head of Sales to own the GTM strategy, execution, and revenue growth for our RLHF vertical. This leader will be responsible for building and managing the sales function and driving new customer acquisition.

In Short

  • Build and lead the sales organization for the RLHF vertical.
  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for enterprise clients in the U.S.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts across industries.
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to close.
  • Own revenue targets and deliver against growth objectives.
  • Represent RYZ Labs at events and with media/analyst communities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Provide market feedback to inform R&D and solution roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine value propositions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML markets; familiarity with RLHF preferred.
  • Strong network in U.S. tech ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management.
