Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong back-end focused full-stack experience.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and event-based architectures.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and defining scalable design patterns.
