Overview

The Sales Development Executive promotes and sells the organization's products and services, focusing on achieving significant sales targets through the development of customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in commercial print, packaging, and direct mail is preferred.
  • Ability to identify critical elements and develop solutions.
  • Skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Desire for continuous learning about RRD's products and services.
  • Knowledge of the selling cycle and ability to make cold calls.
  • Familiarity with standard software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
