Account Specialist - Retail Sector - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on the Retail sector of our business, coordinating the production of client materials while maintaining positive customer relations throughout the manufacturing process.

In Short

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and provide detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Suggest workflow improvements to maximize benefits for customers and the company.
• Provide quality review for other Account Specialists.
• Ensure job instructions are verified in manufacturing systems.
• Communicate with customers throughout production to keep them informed.
• Coordinate production with internal plants and external vendors.
• Resolve customer or manufacturing issues effectively.
• Monitor job progress and ensure final products meet requirements.
• Assist sales in the RFP process and provide estimates.
• May mentor junior staff and work on special projects.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of functional areas related to the job.
• Advanced knowledge of technology including MS Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
