Account Specialist - Retail Focus - Remote

Overview

The Account Specialist - Retail Focus will coordinate the production of client materials while maintaining positive customer relations through active engagement during all stages of the manufacturing process.

In Short

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate them into detailed instructions.
• Provide quality review for other Account Specialists.
• Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in production systems.
• Communicate with customers throughout production to keep them informed.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer issues.
• Monitor progress of jobs and ensure final products meet requirements.
• Tally final production runs for billing purposes.
• May mentor junior staff or work on special projects.
• May assist sales in the RFP process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of functional areas related to the job.
• Advanced knowledge of technology including MS Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
