Overview

The Business Development Manager at RQM+ plays a key role in fostering and expanding relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business accounts in the MedTech sector.

In Short

  • Creates a strategic growth roadmap for accounts.

  • Provides updates to management on account status.
  • Maintains job and product knowledge through continuous learning.
  • Supports other accounts within the Business Development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
  • Experience in the consulting service industry.
  • Experience with sales contracts is preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Strong understanding of medical device development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a positive approach.
