Requirements

• 5-7 years of People/HR experience, with 4 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience with various workforce segments is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop trust-based partnerships.
• Strong experience in employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience managing organizational changes.
• Thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of employment law.
