Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People roles, ideally in tech.
• Strong ownership and team spirit.
• Experience in performance management and talent development systems.
• Strong English communication and coaching skills.
• Experience working with leadership on people-related initiatives.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of Czech labor law.
